The meeting was presided over by Long Xiaohua, Governor of the Prefecture People's Government, and attended by Guo Zhenggui, Secretary of the Prefecture Party Committee, other prefecture leaders, heads of relevant departments, and representatives of award-winning organizations.  

During the conference, outstanding organizations and individuals were recognized for their exceptional contributions to the "Quality-Driven Prefecture" strategy and brand development in recent years. **Biancheng Biology Company's "Mysterious Xiangxi Vinegar" was honored for obtaining the "China Organic Product" certification.**

Hunan Biancheng Biotechnology Co., Ltd. is a national high-tech enterprise, a leading agricultural industrialization enterprise in Hunan Province, and a recipient of the Xiangxi Prefecture Governor's Quality Award. **"Mysterious Xiangxi" Organic Fragrant Vinegar** is crafted from organic rice and selenium-rich mountain spring water. Using locally distinctive plants like *Polygonum hydropiper* (red-knees) and golden leaves, the fermentation process begins by introducing natural wild microbes and molds during the high-temperature season between the 6th day of the 6th lunar month and the 15th day of the 8th lunar month. The vinegar undergoes a **"slow fermentation process"**, combining liquid aerobic and anaerobic fermentation, followed by natural aging for over two years.  

The product features a **transparent reddish-brown hue**, a **pure and delicate aroma**, and a **mellow, sweet-sour taste**. It contains **no preservatives, artificial flavors, pigments, salt, glacial acetic acid, or any enzyme preparations**, making it an **authentic, all-natural product**.
